Gabriel and Adrian DeLeon created a unique resaurant that happens to resonate with both the traditional Tex-Mex food lover and those more interested in a foodie’s interpretation of modern mexican: hence the name La Margarita Mod-Mex Kitchen & Rita Lounge.
